Purpose

To collect and process both expressions of dissatisfaction with services and initiatives to improve their quality.

Means for the formulation of suggestions and complaints

The means available for the formulation of suggestions and complaints shall be as follows:

Presentation in person or by post in accordance with the procedure established in Article 15 of Royal Decree 951/2005, of 29 July, which establishes the general framework for the improvement of quality in the General State Administration.
Electronic submission through the Electronic Headquarters.

Electronic advisory services for the correct use of the site will not be considered as a means for formulating complaints and suggestions, without prejudice to the Administration's obligation to attend to the problems reported by citizens.

Information regarding data protection

Declaration of responsibility: you are hereby informed that any personal data provided by parties to this contract will be stored in the files of the Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias consortium, resident at Calle Vía Láctea, S/N, 38205 – La Laguna (Santa Cruz de Tenerife), telephone 922 605 200, and fax 922 605 210.
Purpose: the said data will be used for the corresponding electronic administrative processing. The data will be conserved for the period prescribed by law.
Legal justification: all treatment of data is legitimized by the corresponding procedure.
Access to data: the data will not be passed to third parties, except where there is a legal or adminitrative obligation to allow access to parties duly qualified in the matter concerned. Likewise, the owner of the data is obliged to communicate any modifications to the data supplied.
Rights: You may excercise your rights to access, rectification, cancellation, objection, portability, limitation, or withdrawal of consent.

Access the online procedure

Fill out the form

Fill in the requested data, attach the required documentation for the procedure and submit the request.

Check the status of the dossier

You can check the status and notifications of your application file in "Private Area".

Choose the procedure from the top menu, or from the one in the footer.
Authenticate after clicking on the ACCESS button which leads you to the Cl@ve access.
After authenticating by one of the Cl@ve methods, you will be given access to a form.
Fill in the corresponding form.
The application will inform you by e-mail of the start of your procedure after finishing the procedure.
After finishing the procedure, the application can provide you with a proof of registration and an (authentic) copy of the application with a CSV (Secure Verification Code).
Subsequently, in the My files menu you will be able to retrieve your application, communications, Requests or Resolution, etc.

In order to use the IAC's Electronic Headquarters it is necessary that you have installed in your computer the Autofirma application. You can download the Autofirma application from the download page of the Electronic Signatures Portal . Alternatively, you can use a navigator that supports Java Applets. To verify that Autofirma works correctly, you must go to the Valide service (validate signature).
